However, it is a fact that the relative positions of the clitoris and vagina for the majority of women means that the clitoris just doesn't get enough consistent stimulation from PIV thrusting to allow an orgasm to happen.
It does work for some women, and some women love the feeling of penetration and thrusting even if they don't come. Position can make a big difference, and sometimes the way the couple fit together and move does provide sufficient clitoral stimulation.
