Starting from when? Foreplay plays a big role but I still asusume you mean from start of intercourse. If so, then I would say 10 to 30 minutes is a good range. Can vary a lot tho.

However, it is a fact that the relative positions of the clitoris and vagina for the majority of women means that the clitoris just doesn't get enough consistent stimulation from PIV thrusting to allow an orgasm to happen.
It does work for some women, and some women love the feeling of penetration and thrusting even if they don't come. Position can make a big difference, and sometimes the way the couple fit together and move does provide sufficient clitoral stimulation. But for some women, it just ain't gonna happen during PIV sex, no matter how long the guy thrusts.
I know, but if it is gonna happen, 10 to 30 is the best range. Usually sex isn't that straight forward though. If your nice and want her to have an O, you should stimulate more than just her vag. Its a complicated question.
