The research I've read suggests the average is fifteen or twenty minutes from a cold start. I know from experience that if the conditions are just right for some women it can take much less than that. And of course there are unfortunately a lot of women who never make it for various reasons.

She is how she is and she shouldn't be criticised for that, but maybe there are things you could be doing better, and I don't only mean in terms of technique.
Maybe there's something about how and when you have sex that make it difficult for her to relax and get into the experience; context generally matters a lot more to women than it does to men. Maybe you're giving signals that you find the whole process too lengthy and tedious, and that's being counterproductive. Maybe the two of you are in a rut, and you need to talk to her about how you might make things better for her.
