Every woman is different. It also depends on the situation - I can come in under a minute on occasion, but I've also been known to take closer to an hour. Also you tend to find these things speed up with age. The research I've read suggests the average is fifteen or twenty minutes from a cold start. I know from experience that if the conditions are just right for some women it can take much less than that. And of course there are unfortunately a lot of women who never make it for various reasons.
