Asking about reasons for loving someone

I'm guilty of this. I can name a bunch of things I love about him quickly, but he can't. He'll go, "I don't know," as a first response while trying to think. Lol

However, I had to learn that love isn't something you can always say. Most of the time he expresses it more through action, and I just need to pay more attention to it. As in, he loves when I talk, he'll call and ask how my day is. Or if hes thinking of me, he'll text something sweet while I'm at work, and more. I had to learn that it's the little things he does that mean a lot, and that love doesn't always have to this grand gesture.

I think it is normal but if you want his honesty you should be willing to share your honesty

It's a trap!! She's feeling insecure about something and you have to make her feel positive about whatever it is. Good luck guessing what is is though and every time you say something you're digging a hole for yourself until you hit whatever is troubling her

It sounds like it would be a typical answer if the guy took the question lightly and didn't really take it into consideration.
We don't have context, but maybe if you were more insistent on getting an answer, he would take the time to think about it.

That's just how women are. They want to feel worshipped and superior to men because deep inside they are just a fucked up mess.
