Generally, no, but a few women have told me that it embarrasses them when they are in the next room and can hear me as if the door was open. Everybody pees, what's the big deal? Since I was potty trained, I've always aimed for the middle of the water in the toilet. My pee stream can be fairly loud, especially when I urgently need to pee. When my older sister and I were younger, we would share the only bathroom in our family home when we needed to. She could be fixing her hair or putting on makeup at the sink and I'd stand next to her and pee into the toilet. She used to joke with me and tell me that I really needed to go because it was so loud. We laughed about it and it didn't bother her at all. I never felt self-conscious about it until I got older and a few women commented. So when I'm around women who get embarrassed or offended, I just piss in the sink. Problem solved.
