Do you remember that guy from the Westboro Baptist church Fred Phelps? Members of his group or something was in a town nearby like over a year ago maybe, and apparently they were going to do their "God hates soldiers" protest at the funeral of a soldier. So my family and I drove to the town and joined an anti-protest, a protest against protesters you could say. We formed a line around the church where the funeral took place and held flags and waited for them to come...they never did.
My dad wanted to find them and did some asking around. He heard they were staying at a certain hotel, so he went to the hotel, found one of their cars, and placed a red white and blue beanie baby bear on the hood of the car. It was a very cool experience.
