I've got various trans friends and I've even felt some sort of gender dysphoria at times, but quite frankly I don't really care about trans people. I think everyone can be whatever they want really as long as they pose no sort of threat to anyone else.
Now, I do get pissed off by transphobes, but when it comes to topics like trans people in sports, in the military and trans people being given special benefits, I'm usually against all of that for a myriad of reasons, but not because I don't want trans people to be able to play sports professionally or form part of the military, but mostly because of the issues that brings. I live in a very progressive country and here we are supposed to pay for gender-change surgeries with our taxes and trans people get special treatment (like, there's a quota that specifies that 1% of public workers have to be trans), which is something I oppose because tax money should go somewhere better and people shouldn't be given any sort of advantage over others based on their condition, in fact, it makes trans people seem invalid.
