Well, I find that quite forward. A lot of people have committed major crimes and aren't psychopaths.
I have engaged in arson, theft, assault, and other things that I won't mention.
I don't believe committing crimes makes someone mentally ill. Some people just do crime because they're bored, not because they have some psychotic reason for doing so.
Those crimes aren't against human nature. I'm talking about crimes that are against our very essence as human beings.
Sometimes even murder doesn't go against our nature.
Major crimes have nothing to do with being a psychopath.

Unless you've commited crimes against human nature (caught or not), you're no psychopath.
