I always avoid conflicts.
People who don't know when to back down to avoid a conflict are just stupid. I'm really annoyed by such people and prefer to stay away from them.
No, I don't mean everyone should be just run away from everything, but starting meaningless arguments or even physical fights is really unnecessary.
