  • I strongly believe that you choose to be happy. Even if you feel like crap, the act of smiling will make you feel better. Interacting with people in a positive, kind, helpful way will set in motion the biochemical processes that make you feel good. People who shed unhappiness on everyone who encounters them are being selfish. Everyone experiences terrible things in their lives, death, suicide, catastrophic illness, poverty, unemployment. Our responses to them sets our lives in motion. We can guide ourselves toward happiness and contentment or just enjoy festering for eternity!
