I love it! What do you do with the grease after you make bacon? Can you cook with it?
I chopped up some potatoes, put an unlabeled seasoning I had lying around on it, and topped it with bacon grease. It tasted pretty good.
I'm thinking about buying more bacon.
Nothing wrong with that. You ever cover it in chocolate? It sounds weird, but the sweet and salty flavors balance themselves out.
No, I haven't covered bacon in chocolate, but it does sound intriguing.
