Are you consuming foods beneficial for your gut flora?

I'm trying my hardest to create a beneficial environment for my microbiome. I eat a jar of sauerkraut once every two weeks, a jar of pickles once of a week, yoghurt for lunch, and drink kombucha.

I've cut out sugar, coffee, and soda as they aren't good for gut or butt.

    I too like to consume pickles and sometimes saurkraut.
    The probiotic effects of lactic acid bacteria from fermentation makes my stomach happy.
