It really depends ! If this person provoke me or hurt my friends for no apparent reason i won't act civil with them. And it will takes months before i forget about them.On the other hand, if it just happens that i meet somebody i simply don't like or find annoying/mean i will probably bite my tongue. People sometimes don't act like this on purpose.
