well mabye cuz you trolled your self... cuz i can asure you I and that man are still alive and well and incase you didnt hear me my heart was failing and it NEEDED to be replaced (i hate cancer)
Organ donor is what you put on your ID. So in case you die you say "yes, you may take my organs".
When you are a organ donor you are giving away your organs. It is not switching. If someone has a cancer heart and switches hearts to person without cancer heart you would be giving one person cancer organs.
So that idea would not work out anyways. You can give away organs when you are living. However its usually something you have multiples of or something that you can get rid of and live without. An example of this is a kidney. Since you have two kidneys.
