I agree with your point but you're off on the reasoning there.
Humans can chew straight through most animals flesh as we have canine teeth. Also, according to some theories, the function of the appendix was to help in the processing of uncooked meat. Alas, we have lost that ability if we had it.
Are you a vegetarian? For what reason?
