    but no. I use to download pirated music, then my computer got stolen. I figure that's karma right there. My downloads are all legal now.

        and of course there's youtube.

        i don't consider copying youtube vids to be pirating.
        it's up to youtube and the copy-write holder to block those vids.

          Same. I go Spotify myself. It's legal because they get the revenue stream from adverts (unless you pay for the full bazinga in which case that becomes the revenue stream). However, I was just amused by the thought of you with a parrot on your shoulder and talking like a pirate. Angel_with_a_Peg_Leg. Where did you disappear to, by the way? It's nice to have you back.

            I come and go. and i was busy as hell for a while when they had us working a butt ton of hours at work (tax free weekend).

            hmm. i also like epitonic but they don't let you download anymore. still you can sample for free. they have deals worked out with the artists in question
