I'd say I am nice in that I try to avoid conflict. It takes up too much fo my time and energy and I have better things to worry about than who is angry at who and what not. I like to keep the peace.
However, I am afraid to give up my material possessions (money, etc.). I grew up kind of poor and have a perpetual fear of doing without again, so I scrooge constantly.
