I wouldn't say so, just because hedonism, at least from what I've seen it practice is simply just living life and not caring about the consequences. I care about the consequences of my actions a lot. I also don't really do much. I don't party, I don't drink, I don't smoke, sure I hang out with friends, but most of that time just consists of talking and playing games. That doesn't happen though, so I spend most of my time either at home or work. Although not all of that alone time is by choice. Thus, I'm no Dorian Gray, even though sometimes I wish I was.
Maybe not necessarily, but essentially that is how it is usually practiced. Kind of like how some people wouldn't call themselves Christian because they don't go to church, even though they probably are good people who help others when they can. I wouldn't call myself a hedonist, even though I like to have fun, like anybody else.
