    the earth is not really spherical and it's not flat either, this is true people learn it and pass it on.

        techychick101 was just getting technical. The Earth is closer to an oblate spheroid, which is basically a flattened sphere.

        I just used spherical because it was just easier to get my message across. Plus, that's not the main issue here :\
