Are wedding boring to go to alone?

I haven't been to a wedding since I was a child, recently a friend invited me to their wedding, should I bring someone?
Are they normally boring to attend alone?

    I find weddings boring whether I'm with someone or not. Though it's slightly less boring with company.

    They can be interesting, I have a good time taking my girl friend there and have fun with her dancing and stuffs, someday we would be going their as bride and groom. But when i go alone, i mostly attend other people's wedding parties to enjoy the food and drinks XD!
