I take general pain relievers like ibuprofen and such. I've suggested taking midol but my mom won't let me cause she says it's not good for my stomach lining
Your period might change overtime. It might get worse or better depending. I also heard that exercise and diet effects how your period happens. So you might want to look into that.
Are these normal period symptoms? Should I see a doctor?
