Are some people naturally unlucky?

Luck is a human construct. We see patterns where there are none. It's probability.

I just believe in fortunate coincidence. Sometimes, good things happen without the person deserving it, and vice versa. I don't like it when people don't believe that they control their future, and that it's Gods plan, down to horoscopes etc or other people.

Its you're personality that makes you lucky or unlucky

In games like Fallout and The Elder Scrolls, 'Luck' is something people either have or don't. :D

In real life, luck is arbitrary. However, you can perceive yourself to be luckier when you have a positive attitude.

If you don't think you're lucky, I want you to look around your room. the ancient pharaohs couldn't even dream about the luxury we have today, though a lot of people envied them.

In fact, the fact that you're alive right now, clothed and fed, means you're a very lucky person. :)

I voted that it changes over time. Some days are just so much luckier than others.

I don't believe in luck but I do believe some people have and create a mindset in which they feel like they always have bad luck

My mother is extremely unlucky when it comes to buying anything. For example, she bought a jumper that had no hole for the neck!! She got home with 2 left shoes in the box. There are hundreds of examples...

As we all know this, we ask her to lift an item, eg. a lightbulb off the shelf (knowing that one won't work) then we life another. She says she missed her calling coz she should've worked in quality control in a factory - guaranteed she would randomly lift every faulty item on the line.

Regarding karma though - She can be one of the nastiest people you will ever come across in your whole life!!

In my opinon; there's no such thing as luck. You are the ruler of your own life. You make your decisions and set your own goals. People aren't "unlucky". They just make decisions that aren't good for them and do bad things that come right back at them. You are what you make yourself. Life is what you make it really. You have to stop being lazy, have some faith, and follow your dreams.

I mostly seem to have a lot of luck then again i dont belive in that kind of nonsence...
