In order for someone to employ the technology to "watch" you, they would need to have your IP address. If you can stealth your IP Address and actually hide it from the website that you are on where you think you are being watched, you would close the door to that possibility. If you think your computer is hijacked by some sort of software that watches your what you do, you can do a few things to make sure:

[1] go to command prompt and type in, cmd
in the command prompt type: netstat -a
This should show you EVERYTHING that is running
on your computer.
[2] hit CTRL, ALT, DEL to see what programs are running
[3] visit Steve Gibson's site for "Shield's Up" to see
if you have any ports open to hackers.
