Are my fever dreams normal?

Whenever I get a fever or cold, or something like that, and I go to sleep, I often find myself in a fancy place I've never been to. That, and gravity is reduced. I have floatier jumps and feel lighter in the dreams. My attention is always brought to something upstairs. I run up there, on all fours, feeling slightly weak, only to find that what I was looking for was no longer there. It always ends like this, and I fear that I'm searching for something intense in my life.
