Are my eating habits okay?

I like food. The thing is I haven't been eating much but when I do I feel like I'm eating way too much even though when I look back on it I'm eating in normal portions. Is this like an eating disorder or something because that's not normal or healthy. I just feel really fat after putting anything in my body. This morning I took a sip of coco and felt disgusting.

I may not be the best at being able to call this. I've had weird eating issues all my life, anorexia included. Apparently, I'm still struggling with it. I wouldn't be aware of the majority of this had my fiancé not brought it to my attention. All that being said, I can recognize some of what you wrote...

    • Oh. Well good luck on your life journey and hopefully you stay healthy okay. I am trying to figure this out and am going to employing my girlfriend to help notice if I'm eating too much or little. Thanks for the advice.

IMHO, I wouldn't worry about the coco. The calories and fat, I think is what you're really worried about. Lowfat to 0% milk would cut down on fat, might even cut down on calories. I honestly I'm not completely sure there. I'm guessing. I haven't been focusing and try my best not to on calories for the longest time, so I wouldn't relapse. Apparently, it didn't work. I still do it out of habit now.

Or, you could instead opt out milk for water, which would take care of the calorie/fat issue. For got about sugar too. If you get pure cacao powder on its own, it will give you more control on what going into your drink.
