Are my driving habits normal?

I have had my license for a year and 2 months. I have always driven carefully. In March of last year, I fell asleep at the wheel and totaled my car. My collage class was to damn early. Ever since I have been EXTREMELY careful while driving. I usually do, on average 60 mph on the interstate unless the traffic is light, with the speed limit being 70 mph. I slow down way in advance so I won't run into the back of somebody again. People are constantly passing me up on the interstate, and sometimes on roads where passing is illegal. Sometimes they do this even when I'm doing the speed limit!People are always honking at me when I'm waiting to turn. Just today, I was trying to turn left, and there was a shitload of traffic and they honked at me and motioned me to go even though it would have been dangerous. If I had not been wearing my work uniform I would have flipped him the bird. I'm just trying to be careful and people are always bitching, and this pisses me off! Sometimes people honk at me just as the light turns green not even giving me a fucking chance to move! I'm not a living sack of money, so I can't replace my car it it gets destroyed. Is it normal that I'm extremely careful since my accident, and are the other drivers' behaviors normal?

    We're kindred spirits you and I except I have never crashed I'm just extra careful. I just figure maybe they have somewhere important to be, they're not like us regular people. Did you know weaving in and out of traffic barely gets you a couple of seconds if not just 1 minute early to most destinations? It's just the attitude of most drivers it seems like they've got to take every chance they can to get there faster, they're go getters I like to think. Just looking for any opportunity to present itself so they can merge without a turn signal quickly as if they were in the movie Fast and Furious or something.

    well their asse's are gonna get themselves in a shitload of trouble if they dont slow their asses down lol
    You just bein safe because you know what the consequences are from drivin reckless. But hey the wreck you were in wasnt even from being reckless.
