Lies I tell you, just ask my girlfriend.....or your mum. I'll get serious for a second and I'll explain why it hasn't happened. Your question is why haven't humans become immune to the bites well for a start off the allergic reaction is an IMMUNE RESPONSE to the saliva that is injected into the skin, an allergic reaction isn't actually a good definition for what is occuring due to it sort of suggesting the person suffers from type 1 hypersensitivity but in reality most people have a reaction to mosquito bites it just involves the antibody IgA. Now evolution occurs in 3 stages, isolation, natural selection and finally genetic drift, it is due to this process that mosquitoes have actually developed quite good defense mechanisms at being swatted. As far as evolution and itching goes well thats ridiculous, we as humans have adaptive immune systems, whatever the mosquito could evolve into and subsequently inject into us our immune system would detect it anyways and cause an allergic/immune response. Infact mosquito's have evolved to the point where in their saliva they have a natural analgesiac which numbs the area so just on this very basis alone your argument is moot.
You complete moron, the anticougulant is in the saliva along with a lot of other various proteins and it is not the anticoagulant that causes an immune response but a bunch of various enzymes.
Anyways either way did you not read what I put above, your argument sucked major balls and nothing you write can argue with any of what I said. End of discussion.
Are mosquitoes proof of God?

......you obviously have zero concept of what evolution is or how it works.

No the anitcoagulant they inject to keep the blood flowing is what causes the allergic reaction.
