Meeeeeeeeeh, yes and no. I think it might be possible but not due to women just naturally being more likely to be bisexual but due to society's view of bisexual women compared to bisexual men. For a woman to be bisexual it's "hot", for a guy to be it's "gross", "Faggy", and so on.
I think it's more fashionable for women to be bisexual and more damaging for a guy to be bisexual. This means more womenwill be free to experiment and some will happily fake being bisexual, where as men aren't as free to do so without the stigmas attached and more likely to lie about being bi.
