Are ladies just as prone to watching a guy undress?

About a month or two ago I moved into a new apartment. After moving the last of my small boxes, clothes and things I could do on my own I felt gross so I took off my shirt and pants to settle into my new place.

What I didn't realize was one of my window shades weren't entirely closed and so I sat there watching television in my boxers for a while until finally heading to the shower. Not thinking I took off my boxers in my living room and started to walk to the bathroom totally nude.

At that moment a girl friend of mine called me on my cellphone. When I answered it she told me to close my shades??? The first thing I did was look across the room and low and behold there she was standing with a smerk on her face!

I quickly tossed on some clothes and let her inside. She and I had a thing many years back, but we're just friends now. That's not what the issue was. What she told me freaked me out.
She said when she was pulling up to the driveway she noticed someone standing to the side of my window. She thought it was me, but realized it wasn't. Then she guessed maybe it was someone helping me move, but when she got out of her car the person ran off to the house across from mine.
When she went over to see what she was looking at she saw me standing there naked.

Here's the kicker. It was my next door neighbor. A woman and she's pretty hot too. lol

My friend and I talked for a bit about what happened and she suggested I should confront her about it or I should have called the police. Being new to the area I didn't want any trouble so I told her I would just leave it be.

I didn't see the woman, my neighbor for the entire first week I moved in, but slowly started seeing her getting into her car or walking down the street here and there. Finally just two weeks ago I said hello to her not realizing she was the lady who lived across from me. I said hello to be nice and because she was very attractive. A bit older for my usual tastes. She also has a family. A husband/boyfriend and two kids.

My question is this. If you were outside and happened to see someone of the opposite sex undressing and/or naked would you stand there and watch? In this woman's case her property is just a couple feet from my house so I could see if she saw me through the window not meaning to and walked over to inspect a bit more. lol

Ladies? Hell even dudes. I'm hoping no one would creep over to windows, but if someone was in the buff would you stand there and watch?
