Maybe some of them. Definitely not all. I know plenty of kids who are so over-indulged that they can't comprehend the idea of going without and some kids who've gotten so used to going without that they don't know what to do when they're given what they want. Don't let generalizations fool you.
well I think that question depends on perspective. if you yourself were spoiled as a kid you would think that kids are not spoiled nowadays whereas if you had a scant upbringing you would look at the way kids are raised and what they're given and think they're being spoiled.
No.. Don't think so... You meet some idiot at some public place... Or know a bunch of fools you might stumble across in everyday life such as in (School & Work)... Just bad parenting really.. Bad parenting can hardly lead to anything good.
Children need to learn that they cannot get everything at any given time... Or everytome momma' n' poppa' take little Suzy out shopping. But still, i believe kids should get lots of lots of gifts and presents.. Because, afterall parents do love their kids right?
Absolutly parents love their kids and there is nothing wrong at all with that, but you don't have to show your love by lavishing children with gifts. There is no better gift than love and time. I don't lavish my daughter with gifts. I never have done. She always gets what she wants for christmas and her birthday but that's it.
No good will ever come from spoiling a child. x
Way too much. All those little bitches and motherfuckers should all be crammed into rockets and shot out into space. It's too bad that world governments are too broke to implement a program such as this. It's what this fuckin world desperately needs.
As long as there has been rich parents there has been spoiled kids, and there has always been rich parents. There are probably proportionally more spoiled kids than in the past because Western culture is increasingly consumerist and there is an increased amount of excess wealth to spend on luxaries.
Because of this culture, there are some poor parents who spoil their kids far beyind their own means and fall into debt.
It's a hard one really. I mean there is no question poverty exists and a lot of children are really in need in the 21st century.
However I have to say all the children I know are always going on holiday and I'm not talking about a week in a caravan or a tent I am talking about world cruises, so this resession is not hitting anyone I know, or so it seems.
I always make a point of not spoiling my daughter, I mean she is spoiled with love. However I am not afraid to let her face adversity, because when she is an adult she will go out into a world that wont give a damn about her feelings, and any problems she is encouraged to sort them out for herself, of course I am there for back up and I am as protective as a mother lion, but I wont be here forever. xx
Yea way way over spoiled we need to stop teaching kids that everyones a winner and keep it real to the niggas shit aint right
That is so hard to say because it is so general.
Everyday I meet someone who has come from a different background than me. I see kids literally living in poverty who live behind me. But then another half an hour down the road, I see kids who get anything they can possibly dream of with the click of their fingers.
You cannot put kids into one category. Because we are all so different, earn very different types of money and all have very different morals.
Yes. It was a family friends birthday yesterday so we went round there. Their 7 year old kid had a 360 and a 47 inch tv in his room, he was getting a ps4 preordered for him, he was the rudest spoilt kid I have ever met. I know this isn't the case with all spoilt kids but it pissed me off a little, I got a 360 when I was 18 on my first payday and I think i'm better off for it
