There was a guy who had a shit fetish. It got to the point where he would try to eat his partner's feces during sex. Anything can happen, and you can't be the only person. Although, the relationship was actually more messed up than that. His partner was his friend's girlfriend who he stole by getting her to love sex with him and told her that the reason why she isn't getting butterflies and etc was because she stopped loving him and therefore, she should cheat.
Oh, I know there is a difference and how one can be used to transmit diseases. All I'm saying is that there is a lot of people out there with weird kinks. It may not be incredibly well known where the majority of the population is doing, but there are people who do it and the OP is not alone.

Erm...
In my book, coprophagia is very different to urophagia.
There are a lot of bacteria in feces and it's a known route for the transmission of several diseases, some of which are extremely serious.
