Northern or high mountains blizzard: 1-2 feet of snow.
I base that off of living in Wisconsin much of my life, and my experience in the US Navy in Norfolk Virginia and visiting some people in northern Kentucky.
Yes I go up into north west kentucky in the paducah area everyday. They handle the snow much better than us in Nashville. We got 5 inches in Nashville and everything is still shut down. But we also have alot of giant hills all over so ppl basically go flying off mountains when it snows this much.
