Anyone else wonder what people feel like as they kiss in movies?

I’m wondering if people in movies are awkward and nervous when there is a kissing seen between them and another person. I mean if it’s someone they do like I guess they don’t mind. But if it isn’t someone they admire, how do they feel? Do the6 get in relation ships or something after that? What do u guys think?

    Some people do get romantically involved with their costars, but I don't care about those people... meh.
