  • It is weird but we dont have a big issue with Cuban immigration. We've had the same policies for a while now. It is kind of hypocritical to do business with China while condemning communism. America is turning towards communism more and more these days. Socialism is a nicer word for communism. Its the same thing.

    • Not sure we agree on socialist being the same as communist.
      I have friends in Norway.
      A socialist country.
      Things are covered:
      Healthcare for all.
      Maternity leave.
      Vacations.
      Schools, university's, retirement.
But you are not told where to work.
You aren't constantly on edge fearing the KGB, big brother etc.
You have free press, and if you want to leave,,, there's the door.
      I'm not saying it's perfect.
      But it's definitely not communism.

      • I wouldn't consider Norway a socialist country at all. It's a capitalist country with some social programs like the USA is, with much higher taxes.
