So long as Cuntsickle isn’t being rude about it there’s nothing wrong with being honest and saying their lifestyle is too extreme to want a relationship with them.
I would still find that uncomfortable to watch, seeing an adult trail a pencil along a page spelling out words in big squiggly letters and talking about Twilight Sparkle in a high kiddie voice would almost be like watching someone have a stroke to me.
People are not obligated to find the ways you spent your time endearing.

Most age regressors don't regress that far back anyway, most are in a 4-8 years old range really, which in my opinion instead of weird is rather cute!
