Anybody else escape into their imagined future?

Okay, I find myself spending a lot of my freetime imagining my future. I know exactly what I want to do, where I want to study at, what I want to work as.
And I think that's sort of normal, but I imagine very specific things, like future boyfriends, husband, friends, workmates, and kids. I know when I want to have them and when I want to be married. And I just imagine a daily life like that. Mainly with my future husband.
So internet, is this normal?

    Lol. Same here. :) It's totally normal and fun. I do it when im bored. Let's just hope all our dreams come true!

    Yes; except mine's involves lots of success as a filmmaker. I really hope mine comes true!

    Yup, I do that a lot. Especially when I'm feeling kind of depressed or when things aren't really working out. It's almost comforting in a way, since it sometimes feels like it's a promise of what the future will look like.
    It's like giving myself a pat in the back while saying "There, there... It'll be alright..."
