Any thoughts?

So I've questioned this a lot over the past few years and was just wondering what people thought. When I was thirteen, I started dating a guy who was sixteen. I lost my virginity to him and all that, but at one point we were hanging out at his house and he decided to tie my hands up to his bed with his belt. I was thinking we were just going to make out and stuff like that, but he started to take my shorts off. I put all my weight down so he couldn't and told him I didn't want to. I was on my period at that time as well. Instead he just moved my shorts and put it in anyways. It obviously hurt a lot, for one I was wearing a tampon and secondly, I wasn't ready for it. The part I'm confused about is, I pushed him off using my legs but I didn't really fight him off. I slid my hands out of the belt and left. I'm not sure if that really counts as rape or not and I was so young, I didn't know what to do so I just left it alone and we broke up. Any thoughts?

Any type of vaginal sexual intercourse without your full consent, is rape.

You know what you need to do? You are going to cut his crotch and make him swallow his ball sack. No one and I mean NO ONE SHOULD DISRESPECT YOU LIKE THAT!!

It was rape. Rape is defined by the lack of saying yes, not how much you say no.

If you said no and he forced himself on you it is rape!
