Is it stopping you from doing anything else you'd like to do? Do you feel an irresistible compulsion to stay in your room jerking off when you could be spending time with friends? Is it stopping you from getting any other form of exercise, preventing you from doing your school work or damaging your performance at work? Do you feel compelled to jerk off in public?
You call it an addiction, but I suspect you're being over-dramatic. As long as something doesn't become the central focus of your life and doesn't screw up your life and your relationships, it ain't really an addiction.
As for masturbating in the bathroom, I suspect there probably aren't many guys who haven't had a quick jerk-off in the facilities at school or work, and quite a few women have done this too.
By obsessing about this - and it does sound like you're doing that - you're giving a thing that almost everyone has done power over yourself. It's not a physically unhealthy thing to do, but if you really want to reduce how often you do it, stop focusing directly on that and find something else to focus more energy and attention on.
Any known method for me to stop masturbating?
