Gay men are everywhere. Tribeca, the West Village, Soho, the Upper East Side for old queens. East Village used to be gay, less so now.
I couldn't tell you about Brooklyn, Queens or Harlem.
If you want highest concentration of gay men, Chelsea is your choice.
There are few gays in Staten Island, also no one with an IQ above 75. Is Staten Island part of New York? Part of America?
