Once when I was in graduate school (age 30) I would get spooked by the "reality of being alive". I went to a preacher, and he gave me the best advice I could get. He said: "Go exercise". My roomate at the time would get "spooked" if it was a rainy day and he couldn't run.
Thirty years later in life, I started taking SSRI's (Celexa) to deal with anger, and Buproprion to counter the libido killing effect of the SSRI. They keep me from killing Republicans (ha, ha). I still exercise 5 days a week on the elliptical and do stress training 3 days a week. I can't imagine going "cold turkey" without exercise.
Anxious for no reason

Haha lucky Republicans! I'd like to take up excercise again - I'm so unfit now. I used to be in top condition but I got lazy.
Hmm maybe not right now though, seeing as everywhere is covered in snow and ice xD
