  • Have you considered speaking to a Psychologist? There are usually underlying issues that cause these emotions to occur. It's also important to have a good support system, friends and family that can be there for you, hold you, talk you through it.

    • Sometimes, but it can be a physical cause too. Thyroid, hormones, adrenal disorders etc can cause similar to panic attacks.

      • It's good to start bringing your mind back to a healthy place. If you don't feel up to dealing with the physical matters at the same time then it would be wise to work on the psychological.
