In the U.S we have a thing called Affirmative Action or AA for short. If a White and a Black apply for the same job, and if they are equally qualified the Black automatically gets the job. OR if a White and a Black apply for the same job and the White is MORE qualified the employer would hire the Black regardless to meet their quota.
Pretty much Blacks get hired over Whites even if they don't meet the requirements, and knowing this majority of half White/Blacks put down Black to get their foot in the door. Yeah it's not right and is reverse discrimination but the Libtards want to coddle Minorities that have an average I.Q of 85, and are a complete burden on Society.
Annoying when people label you as only one part of your heritage?

What do you put down on a job application? If you put down Black for the Affirmative Action benefits or for the College hand outs then your Black.

We don't have those in the UK, or I've never come across them...
But on forms I put 'Mixed: Other', I never tick just 'black' or 'white'.

I don't think any discrimination is right, but I dispute that minorities are a 'burden on society' and have low IQs.
The IQ test is pretty outdated and inaccurate anyway.
