Well Im one of the most patient people you have ever seen but I feel excactly like that if someone angers me to be precise the symptoms are
1. my entire body shakes
2. Certain veins like in my fist pop out (normally they are not visible)
3. My vision is very blurry
4. after the feeling has passed I feel weak and dizzy
I think its normal
