Firstly the cops aren’t just “stopping the riots” at all. They have repeatedly been exposed by video using unnecessary brutality against innocent peaceful protestors. The most recent two videos I’ve seen they have knocked old men in the 70s to the ground, one cracked his head and blood poured from his ear and then they just carried on and left him. The second one was walking with a cane away from them. They behave like psychopathic thugs. No matter how you try to paint this there is absolutely no doubt that this is not about “stopping riots” at all. It’s about unnecessary police brutality and you don’t respond to the issue by brutalising even more people. Trump has done nothing but stoke the racial tensions even more and incite more violence as usual. - Man did not obey police securing an area.
- Cop pushed the old man with minimum force, the old man stumbled which led to the injury. The outcome was unintentional but the cop shouldn't of done it and should be punished, which he was.
- Multiple officers stopped, one immediately uses his radio to call it in, and one officer leans down to see to the man. So you are wrong on a factual basis.
