I kind of understand how she feels in this situation so I'm not going to demonise her. She's not interested, but she's too polite to just say it and doesn't like upsetting people.
She has, however, shown in her own way that she isn't interested. And that's a situation you've already lost, you can't possibly win here.
Pursuing her further is only going to creep her out and make her even less interested. Not pursuing her, obviously, it going to lead to nothing anyway. But it's the better option because at least then you can walk away having pride that you're not a creepy stalker who can't take "no" for an answer.
More girls will come along, and eventually you'll forget her. Don't be entitled.
