Yes that's true but the reason women don't do that is because they want to waste men's time by pursuing them not only because they like being pursued but because it feeds their ego every man they've got on the "hook".
Another reason they don't say "no" is because it allows them a constant supply of the most men so when a man dumps her for something better she'll have the next best in line.
I said that's what "they're" calling it nowadays "sexual harassment" I didn't say that's what it was.

It's sad that some women are like that. It's also sad that some men don't recognise a woman like that.
There's plenty of nice girls out there.
