This girl sounds like she has issues, and as much as it's nice to say you should stick by your friends through their tough times, there's only so much you can take. You being her doormat isn't going to help her figure out wtf her problem is. Move on, find a new best friend. You're pretty young, friends are going to come and go, and you have plenty of time to replace her with someone who appreciates you.
