My point is, humor is subjectivem, just because it isn't acceptable for you does not mean it is the same for others, and if negative aspects used for a joke shouldn't be allowed, then most of the things you see in comedy shows would end to the point of there probably only being 10% or so of shows, if even that.

Someone could find that offensive, and say that it is not ok to joke about that and should be banned for it, as those people have experienced what the characters did and it was not funny and their experience that dealt them pain is being laughed at.
Big Bang Theory: Penny kicked a man in the testicles and it was considered funny. Some people kicked in the testicles would say that isn't funny because it hurts and they were hurt from their experiences of it and by extension they are being laughed at for their experience.
