Am I the only one who gets pissed when somebody uses this argument?

    Yes, that argument is a bit flawed. However, the fact of the matter is that weed is relatively harmless when compared to many other drugs, and it is just plain ridiculous that it isn't legal when other (more harmful) drugs are.
